But power is nothing without control.The Expert 66 features a Double Closing System (Roll-top Hood). This allows you to overpack for long stretches without supplies, or compress the bag down tightly for shorter trips. These panniers are fully waterproof and water-tight! What does it mean? To produce Cordura® Pro Line bicycle panniers series we use Cordura® coated with Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). This isn’t just ordinary fabric; it is a technological masterpiece welded using High Frequency (HF) technology. It protects the contents not only against heavy rain, but even when the pannier is temporarily fully immersed in water! We are the only manufacturer of bicycle panniers in Poland and one of the few in Europe that use this technology which: makes Cordura fully sealed, is soft and pleasant to the touch, compared to materials with PVC coating:– has better adhesion to the carrier (Cordura) – higher durability,– has better resistance to mechanical damage, such as friction,– withstands more kneading cycles – does not flake off on bends,– stiffens less during frost,– retains a fresh look for longer,– does not contain PVC; ⚠️ The “woven vs. coated” difference Some cyclists worry that because Cordura® looks like a woven fabric, it might leak. This is a myth. How it works: The outer layer is a strong nylon weave designed to take abrasion and abuse. During heavy rain, this outer weave might get wet (darken). However, the inner side is coated with a thick layer of TPU, which creates an impermeable barrier. The Result: Even if the bag looks wet on the outside, not a single drop of water can pass through to the inside. Combined with our HF welding process (no needle holes!), this creates a 100% watertight container for your gear. MULTIFUNCTIONAL ✅ Quick & Handy The external pocket fastenings for Mini Bags Pro are attached to the back wall of the pannier with a special harness. This system provides easy access to the contents of the pocket fastening as well as quick removing of the entire Mini Bag Pro. You can use the pocket fastening to transport other items weighing up to 1,5 kg. It also works perfectly as a water bottle holder.
