I would like to thank Debbie for replacing my order of a signet ring for my Granddaughter when I contacted her a week before Christmas when tracking my order I found it had been lost in the mail. Debbie asked me if I could pay the postage and she would send another order. As a result I had a very happy Grand Daughter when she opened her gift .
